I offer coaching services to support clients of varying knowledge and confidence levels in their journey toward plant-based eating.



If you are highly motivated and confident you can do this, I will provide you with the resources you need to streamline your transition so you can reach your goal more quickly.

Fast track your journey by leveraging my knowledge of nutrition and my experience with what it takes to eat plant-based in the day-to-day. You’ll get responses to all your pressing questions and the resources you need to be fully educated and equipped to become plant-based.

Resources can include delicious recipes tailored to your preferences, grocery shopping tips, strategies for eating out, a plant-based pantry makeover checklist, a game plan to save time, and more.

How does this work?

I find that Fast Track clients are best served by one or three consultations:

  • During one consultation, we’ll discuss your goals and I will respond to any questions or concerns. I will provide you with goal-specific resources.
  • With three consultations, we’ll continue the conversation with a focus on strategies to overcome any challenges you are experiencing. I will provide further resources to assist, as needed.


If you are motivated, but have concerns about being able to make and maintain this change, I will partner with you to help you reach your goal, one step at a time.

Many of us find it very difficult to change our eating habits. This is where my Mayo Clinic Wellness Coach training and skills are key. I will draw on a proven, evidence-based, step-wise approach to assist you with this behavioural change.

We’ll tailor a program that is specific for you, and structure it in a way that is sustainable. You’ll draw on my expertise in plant-based nutrition, as well as numerous practical plant-based eating resources.

How does this work?

Slow But Sure clients do best with three or six consultations:

  • During three consultations, we’ll build a strong base for implementing change and get you on your way. We’ll identify your strengths and values, and transform them into action on your goals. I will respond to any questions you have about plant-based eating and provide the resources you need.
  • With six consultations, we’ll continue the journey by collaborating to overcome challenges. We will set the stage for lasting change and your achievement of long-term success.

There is a lot of conflicting information about what healthy eating looks like. Confused about whether to eat fish? Concerned you’ll get enough protein? What about soy? Let’s talk about how the scientific evidence supports plant-based eating, with a focus on topics that are relevant to you. Moving forward, you will have clarity and will be able to make informed decisions about what you eat.

  • During the consultation, you’ll ask me your questions and I will answer them. I will provide resources, such as published research studies, website links and book suggestions for reference and further exploration.
