OPTION 1: FAST TRACK
If you are highly motivated and confident you can do this, I will provide you with the resources you need to streamline your transition so you can reach your goal more quickly.
Fast track your journey by leveraging my knowledge of nutrition and my experience with what it takes to eat plant-based in the day-to-day. You’ll get responses to all your pressing questions and the resources you need to be fully educated and equipped to become plant-based.
Resources can include delicious recipes tailored to your preferences, grocery shopping tips, strategies for eating out, a plant-based pantry makeover checklist, a game plan to save time, and more.
How does this work?
I find that Fast Track clients are best served by one or three consultations:
- During one consultation, we’ll discuss your goals and I will respond to any questions or concerns. I will provide you with goal-specific resources.
- With three consultations, we’ll continue the conversation with a focus on strategies to overcome any challenges you are experiencing. I will provide further resources to assist, as needed.
